When will my order arrive?
Most EU orders arrive in 2–5 business days. You’ll see your exact ETA at checkout and in your tracking email. If anything changes, we’ll email you with the new expected date. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you right away with alternatives or a refund.
Pre-orders/backorders display an expected ship date.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days from you received the item in unused condition with original packaging. Exchanges are supported; start in our Returns Portal. Refunds are processed 3–7 business days after we receive your item.
Will I pay customs, VAT or extra fees?
EU: VAT included, no fees on delivery.
Norway: VOEC—VAT collected at checkout on eligible orders.
UK & non-EU: Local duties/taxes may apply per local rules (shown or linked at checkout).
Which payment methods can I use?
